Riverton, UT - March 13, 2023 - Spring is just around the corner and now is a great time to discover the new line-up of must-visit shops and restaurants now open at Mountain View Village in Riverton. Beauty Lab + Laser is celebrating its highly-anticipated grand opening, Free People is officially open for business, and fashion retailer Evereve is gearing up for a stylish unveiling next month.
Located in Riverton, Mountain View Village is a sprawling 85-acre mixed-use destination lifestyle center, among the most rapidly expanding shopping, restaurant and entertainment centers in the west. Brimming with a variety of specialty stores and entertainment venues, the property is an exciting development for the entire Salt Lake Valley.

DINING
There’s a delicious dining option around every corner of the property at Mountain View Village from first-to-market Silverlake Ramen, which was recently referenced as “the best ramen outside of Japan” to Utah’s Award-Winning R&R BBQ featuring classic barbecue plates the entire family will love.
For health-conscious diners, don’t miss Toastique, a gourmet toast and juice bar experience now open at Mountain View Village offering fresh pressed juices and healthy on-the-go breakfast options made from seasonal, responsibly-sourced ingredients.
WildFin American Grill is now open at Mountain View Village. The menu features a regional selection of Pacific Northwest meats, seafood, and produce offering guests a great place to gather with friends and family for a quick lunch or casual dinner.
Las Botellas is also joining the mix at Mountain View Village featuring a full menu of high-end, Mexican-inspired food combined with Las Vegas-style entertainment including LIVE music, fire dancers, aerial artists, and more.
Shoppers can “escape to the islands” with traditional classics made from fresh ingredients at Kokonut Island Grill, coming later this spring to Mountain View Village. The menu features luau plates, poke bowls, chicken sandwiches, and delicious sides including spam musubi.
Coming later this spring to Mountain View Village, don’t miss Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar, a full-service restaurant and bar featuring flavorful dishes made from fresh, regional ingredients, Panera Bread, a first-to-market outside South Lake City International Airport, featuring freshly-made soups and sandwiches, and Shake Shack, offering up their signature crinkle-cut fries, delicious burgers, and creamy milkshakes. Seoul Meat Co., a Korean Fusion BBQ restaurant is also coming soon. Coming this fall, Ivy & Varley will also open its doors at Mountain View Village.
For those with a sweet tooth, don’t miss Sprinkles Cupcakes, Sweet Rolled Tacos, Handel’s Ice Cream, and Hello Sugar, now open at Mountain View Village. Devil & Angel Desserts is also coming soon.
