Pike Pine Social Announces Inaugural Spring Fashion Weekend

The Pike/Pine corridor of Capitol Hill will host the inaugural Pike Pine Social on Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17, 2026.

Bringing together over 50 independent businesses, Pike Pine Social is a weekend of coordinated activations across the neighborhood, including designer and vintage pop-ups, live music, food and drink experiences, open studios, and in-store events.

Saturday, May 16 will serve as the primary day of programming, with a concentration of live events and performances, while select activations, promotions, and pop-ups will continue throughout the weekend. Designed to highlight Pike/Pine as one of Seattle’s most dynamic retail and cultural corridors, the event encourages visitors to explore the neighborhood on foot, moving between special events happening in the shops, restaurants, and creative spaces along the way.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

The weekend will feature anchor programming around the Melrose Market throughout the weekend and live events on Saturday, May 16th at Chophouse Row, alongside activations throughout the Pike/Pine Corridor.

Melrose Market

Melrose Ave will serve as a central gathering point for the weekend, featuring food pop-ups, wine tastings, live music, as well as designer and vintage clothing vendors like Glasswing, Barn Owl Vintage, and Likelihood.

Around Pike/Pine

50+ participating businesses will host a wide range of promotions and activations. Shops and restaurants, including Standard Goods, Retail Therapy, Veridis, Mediums Collective and many others will showcase new seasonal offerings and offer product discounts, while designers and artists at such destinations as the Eleven:Eleven art center will activate spaces with pop-ups, installations, and open studios. Visitors can expect live music, DJ sets, food and drink specials, wine tastings, and a dynamic mix of retail and cultural programming across the neighborhood.

Chophouse Row

Chophouse Row will host a series of fashion, beauty, and cultural activations on Saturday, May 16, culminating in a 3 pm LIVE runway show. The runway lineup includes spring looks from Glasswing, JackStraw, Flora and Henri, The Refind, Celine Waldmann and The Finerie.  Rather than a traditional runway, models will move through the courtyard’s steel walkways and architectural elements, creating an immersive fashion experience.

The Chophouse Row courtyard activations will include a spring hair demo by Yvey Valcin, the newly opened Atelier Madrona scent and candle studio, spring beauty pop-up by Cake Skincare, art installation by LA Wiltbank, music by DJ Wax Witch, Photo Booth by Moment.Us, and more.  For details of the LIVE event schedule, go to www.chophouserow.com/events/pike-pine-social. A special Spring Bridal Edit featuring The White Door Bridal and Michelle Wight Artistry will also take place at the Cloud Room starting at 1 p.m.
