Navigating Grief, Love, and Legacy - Sydney Mintle featured on Local Podcast

Sometimes the most heartbreaking moments of your life can become the most beautiful ones. The lessons are a gift, but only if you choose to see them that way. This fall will mark two years since I lost my husband Jeff to brain cancer. I first shared my personal story on stage at 425 Magazine’s Women to Watch event last fall and I recently had the opportunity to dive even deeper into the story with local podcast producer Shannon Hull.

In the episode, we talk about what it means to be present with grief and the delicate dance of navigating love, loss, and the eventualities of life. From embracing death doulas to composting Jeff’s remains and traveling the world to spread his soil, I share my thoughts on intentional living, radical acceptance, and spiritual grace.
