Fairmont Olympic Hotel Announces Reset & Rise - A Wellness Series
New Year, New You. Join the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Downtown Seattle for Reset & Rise - A Wellness Series featuring yoga, meditation, a sound bath, and mini spa services, presented in partnership with Equinox Rainier Square and Penelope & The Beauty Bar. Thoughtfully curated to restore balance and inspire renewal, this immersive event series blends movement, mindfulness, and moments of indulgent self-care.
The events take place on select Saturdays in January and offer guests a revitalizing wellness adventure. The day begins with sunrise yoga led by Equinox instructors, followed by a guided meditation and sound bath session with Yin Yoga instructor and Ayurvedic wellness counselor Leah Adams. Guests will then continue the journey with mini facials and massage treatments provided by Penelope & The Beauty Bar.
This is the perfect opportunity to kick off the New Year with health and wellness in mind.
