In the spirit of supporting local women in business, the What She Said Women in Fashion event on Thursday, October 13th at W Bellevue will feature a curated shopping experience following the panel discussion. This year’s featured product assortment includes fine jewelry, women’s ready-to-wear, loungewear, handbags, clean beauty, and more. A full summary of our featured vendors can be found below. Valerie Madison - Black-Latina-owned alternative engagement rings, wedding bands, & fine jewelry. During the marketplace, Valerie madison and her team will be doing a special brand activation featuring the popular eternity bracelets.


Sskein - A luxury knitwear capsule collection made with ethically sourced natural fibers from South America.

Michelle Wight - Michelle Wight is a professional hair and make-up artist based in Seattle who recently opened House Wight, a beauty studio located in Seattle’s Greenlake neighborhood. Meet Michelle and her team of artists in the What She Said marketplace as they share fall beauty trends and offer mini make-up demos.

25th & June - 25th & June is a toxin-free, vegan-friendly nail polish company that will soon be expanding into clean beauty.

Sarah Donofrio - Sarah Donofrio is an award-winning fashion and print designer focused on sustainable, small-batch production of her signature womenswear line.

The Cura Co. - A one-stop shop for conscious living located at 2407 E. Union St, Suite D Seattle WA, 98122. 

We will also have representatives from our featured non-profit partner Ada Developers Academy in the marketplace.

Exciting Announcement: Three of our marketplace vendors (Sskein, The Cura Co., and Sarah Donofrio) will be featured on the runway at Bellevue Fashion Week during Saturday’s Collective Runway Show produced by Terri Morgan of TCM Models. Tickets are available here. Proceeds from ticket sales benefit Dress for Success Seattle.
