Noir Lash Lounge opens Seattle location in Belltown

Lash addicts, take note: Noir Lash Lounge is now open in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood on 4th Avenue. The new location marks the company's eighth location in North America and its second beauty bar in Seattle- the Bellevue location opened back in 2012.  Noir Lash Lounge stocks over 400 sizes of lashes to customize the perfect look for every client. They also use their own in-house adhesive that is non-toxic, paraben free and gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin. At Noir Lash Lounge, lashes aren't just an added service, it's the only service. Full sets are $95 and fills are $48.
