Hey Bagel Announces Collaboration with Zoe in Seattle
Hey Bagel, Seattle’s best bagel shop, has announced a holiday partnership with local content creator Zoe Kahn, of Zoe in Seattle. The duo has joined forces to create a new Fried Shallot & Chive cream cheese schmear, inspired by the rich and savory flavors of the season and available for a limited time only.
“Zoe and I have formed a true friendship around great handheld food, particularly bagels,” says Hey Bagel founder Andrew Rubinstein. “We’re excited to share this new flavor with the community. The schmear hits on all the nostalgic notes of the classic French onion soup dip from my childhood.”
The creation of the 'Zoe in Seattle Schmear' was a true collaboration between Zoe and the Hey Bagel team. “We wanted a schmear for the season that felt cozy and indulgent,” said Zoe, “The inspiration was caramelized onions, French onion soup, and French onion dip. We tested a few versions together to get it just right. I'm so happy with how it turned out!”
The schmear officially launches at Hey Bagel’s University Village location on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 8 a.m.

The schmear will be available in 2 oz. ($2.25) and 8 oz. ($9) sizes during the holiday season, while supplies last.
