Boma Jewelry Adds New Stones to the Treasured Collection

Boma Jewelry has added four new styles to the Treasured Collection just in time for the holiday gift-giving season. In addition to the original green agate pendant, the range now includes four new genuine stone styles including purple amethyst, blue lapis lazuli, pink rose quartz, and blue lace agate. Each new stone is symbolic of key virtues and comes with its own mantra. All styles are available in 14k gold or sterling silver with a matching clasp that features a mini white topaz stone. The bi-disc stones featured in this collection were pulled from Boma’s archives in an effort to upcycle existing materials and reimagine them into beautiful new pieces. The new styles feature a dynamic clasp that opens so that jewelry fans can customize their necklace based on color preference and mood.

About The Treasured Collection

Boma Jewelry launched the original 10-piece Treasured Collection earlier this spring to celebrate and advocate for underrepresented voices in the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. Dedicated to CEO Suzanne Vetillart’s late grandmother, Loy Tee, the Treasured Collection was sustainably designed with circularity in mind, using a mix of deadstock green stones including Jade, Agate, and Aventurine, each stone symbolizing valued virtues including protection, self-confidence, and good luck.

“Jewelry is meant to represent and remind us of who we are,” said Suzanne Vetillart, a second-generation owner of Boma Jewelry, “As I wear my necklace designed in honor of my grandmother, I reflect on the connection and courage I feel wearing something that fully reflects who I am. The result is something that is based on cultural symbolism yet remains unique, like me. The Treasure Collection is a representation of that sentiment. Today we are facing a continued rise in racism and violence against Asians. This collection pays tribute to the past and stands as a call to action for the future.”
